    Have eaten at Grove City (Broadway location) twice in the last week. I want the manager to know what a valuable employee he has in Tiara. She is friendly and professional. My order was taken and served promptly.

    May 19, 2019. We have eaten at many Donatos locations around Columbus and received Very bad service at the Henderson Rd Mill Run location. Our order was rung up wrong and the manager did nothing. The manager didn’t seem to care that the men’s restroom was dirty and out of paper towel and toilet paper either.

    Very unhappy with my order from Burnett rd donatos. I use to be a assistant manager at donatos on n limestone st an was taught to check everything on every order including the bottoms of pizzas….I got my order tonight an my large works was burnt. I mean the bottom of the pizza was black. How it got pass that many people before I got it I do not know. The other pizza I ordered was undercooked. An my sub was what you would call a light bake. I didn’t request it to be light bake. Just very unhappy. Their oven temperatures are at different temperatures for sure. Their suppose to check the temperatures an run test pizzas. I don’t know what’s going on at that store but they need some help keeping it together. I love donatos an a very big fan of it, but my order tonight was not up to standard. I don’t even want the order replaced, i just wish I could help them pull it together an do their job correctly. I love north limestone st donatos an food is done correctly every time. Props to rob an the managers there. I also done a servey about this is well in hope to them being able to correct the problem.
