    purchased a ring for my wife for christmas from your store in garden city in wpg mb. at the time of purchase i was told the ring would be resized for free if it needed to be smaller and there would be a charge if it was to larger. when my wife presented the ring to your staff at said store, she was told there would be a resizing charge. when my wife said that we where told the resizing would be free she was told it was not and that the lady who sold me the ring would NEVER say that! well i WAS TOLD EXACTLY WHAT I STATED! i have purchased a number of pieces from Peoples in the past ( maybe if i had spent more than $500. on each purchase i may have been treated better! ) i know i am not one of your PREFERRED Customers, but i believed “a customer is a customer”. too bad that’s not the case . from this point forward i will make any further purchases at another jeweller.

    Hello everyone,
    I just bought a 2 rings at different stores and they both told me to do this survey, I really don’t believe on a survey but why not try this time and it’s so funny that this survey is no longer available and I just bought the second ring today October 5,2017.

    That’s okay, I just want to inform you that the sales lady at store #5550 and 5172 are professional in the way they talked to me and pleasant in explaining and asking question.

    – If your survey is no longer available why don’t you advise your stores and take it off the bill.
    – Kind of stupid way to run a business and wastes not only my time but that of the staff at this store we dealt with in Cranbrook.
    – Makes me want to consider going to your Competerder
    – At least the sales girl was pleasant and up front.

    Good day, I have tried to complete a survey from my purchase, I was given a msge that I was not able to do a survey. However I want you to know that I did purchase a gift (earrings) for my girlfriend for her 60th bd. She was very happy with them. However I appreciated knowing that I could return them if she didn’t. The sales girl Shannon was very helpful, knowledgeable and this is the service I’ve always found from Peoples since I was a young girl. Thank you to Shannon!
