  1. On Saturday August 18th 2018 at approximately 10:25pm I entered Krystal’s on fairburn rd in Douglasville Georgia and I was greeted by everyone immediately and got my hot fresh food in a timely manner and it taste good I will be back

  2. Gm,I visit your store at Atl037 on a Saturday morning at 7:34am. June2,18. I were trying to use a coupon I recieve of another complaint I had. The cashier were rude very said I couldn’t use it for breakfast but use on Candler rd. So I didn’t argue with her because my daughter had to b at work at 8am. So I said no problem give me the combo 1 for breakfast anyway. I recieve the meal hashbrowns were cold and I ask nicely to recieve some fresh one, she said wrong and I told her than she said that they were temperature status. So I ask for the manager which he did offer fresh one. I ask why she didn’t do the same so after her rude self I ask for a refund if ppl dont want to work please don’t put them on the table front line.

Thursday,October 19th,2017 myself and some others stopped in at Krystals in Gadsden at 114 E Meighan Blvd.to eat when the trial we were sitting in on broke for lunch.I used my debit card to pay for my purchase of $23.18.I check my Bank transactions regularly when I checked my transactions Saturday morning I noticed I had been charged twice for the same purchase for that day.I drove back to Krystals with a copy of the bank statement.I was told there was nothing they could do about the matter.Yes, there is something you can do.I want the money put back in my account and if it’s not I will be contacting the Fraud dept.and filing a FRAUD complaint and then I will contact the Better Business Bureau.I will be keeping a check on my bank transactions.This matter had better be take care of promptly!!!
