  1. Don’t know why your restaurants are spitting out tabs with the “Guest Survey Invitation” on them when the http://my99experience.com site is no longer available.

    Food comments:

Seafood Chowder. Thanks for the new seafood chowder. The consistency is great and there is ample seafood in it. My only complaint is that it’s kind of tasteless and would benefit by the addition of sherry or something to flavor the soup.

Baked scallops. Had these the other week, and they were good, but ruined by the fact that they were sitting in at least 1/2″ of what I assume was butter, but it might have been some other (lesser) kind of oil.

Caprese. All of my favorite dishes with the word ‘caprese’ (chicken, appetizer bread) have disappeared from the menu.

Onion Soup: continues to be a WINNER.

All-in-all, my 99 Restaurant in Stratford CT does a GREAT job. I’m there at least 3-4 times a month and sit at the bar because I like the employees (Joey, CeeCee, formerly Connie and Crissie, MJ) and the activity (I’m usually alone and need entertainment!).

If I ever have a choice between 99 and someplace else, the popcorn and the frosted beer mugs always turn the car in your direction!

    Keep up the good work.

  2. I found this site confusing and was unable to express an opinion about my dining experience at the 99. It seemed much simpler in the past Has anything changed?
