  3. Input the 22 digit survey code printed on your receipt
  4. Click the “Start” button to begin the short survey
  5. Answer the survey questions with your honest opinions
  6. Upon completion, you will be instructed on how to redeem your savings coupon (the offers vary, it should be printed on your receipt)

  4. I went to Michaels yesterday looking for some artificial greens and found exactly what I wanted right away. The price was very reasonable too. I had gone to three other stores looking for the same kind of thing and couldn’t find anything close to what Iwanted – and the price was much higher. I love shopping at Michaels.

Visited Michaels in Hagerstown, MD to purchase a Christmas tree and Rachel was so helpful, had spoken to her the day before and explained that I had broken my leg and would need someone to carry tree to my car for me and she said “no problem.” Purchased tree and she carried to my car for me. Really nice to shop and have a very helpful person assist you.

  8. Michaels on 281/1604 in San Antonio, Texas. Coming right out Weight Watchers (after loosing 1.5 p Ina week, while on vacation), watching my 12 year old grandson, KYLE, play Little League ALL STARS for Midway. They won the tournament by the way. I stopped into Michaels to buy a large flag for the 4t of July. Elizabeth was my cashier and she couldn’t have been nicer or kinder. Elizabeth was very friendly, efficient and had excellent customer service skills. She helped me look for an item I couldn’t fine. I always shop at this Michaels store and will look for Elizabeth in the future. Thank you!!

  9. Visited a Michaels store for the 1st time in Greenville NC while with family, since I am from out of town. I just wanted to share that my experience was wonderful and pleasant. The sales floor clerk was helpful and friendly and even when she wasn’t sure if there was an item in the store we were looking for she called for the store manager for the answer and the Store Manager was extremely nice and came over to where we were and shared her advice on the items that deal with the Cricut as we were trying to decide on one device over another and her honesty and inside advice was wonderful. I have the upmost respect for the employees and most of all Wendy, the Store Manager who went out of her way to ensure we would be happy with our choice. We love the cricut and I am very glad she shared her opinion. Thank You Wendy and Michaels of Greenville NC you are Great.

  10. Danielle at the Torrington, CT store register was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. While walking around the store many other employee’s asked if they could help me.   12. Our Michaels Visit today was excellent! When we were waiting for our turn to purchase our items, Gayle the cashier greeted us with the biggest friendly smile.
    She asked “if we’ve gotten the help and found what we needed?” She also informed us of the savings and coupons we could use on our next visit as well. She showed us excellent customer service and she was very efficient. We were very satisfied customers with her excellency. We will be coming back again. I had a excellent experience t Michaels on 11/11/16 and wanted to answer the survey but it was talking about cookies I’m not good on the computer but my code number is30081-11116-11590-09318-07 the greetings were pleasant and a guy named Brandon was beyond nice and helpful after I was in line the store was busy and the cashier was so helpful at getting my senior discount and my coupon I was really pleased and wanted you guys to hear from a very satisfied customer.   16. First time in that store as I am out of state. Store personnel were very helpful and answered several questions for me even before I asked about the jewelry class which she highly encouraged me to check out when I get back home. Even your customers were very friendly and helpful.
