  1. Just visited the gulf shores Alabama location and the employee at the window named Elizabeth was very rude and short with responses. Handed us our food and said here’s that and slammed the window shut.

  2. Tried to enter the survey & the place where you put in the dollar amount would not let me enter a decimal point. Could not do the entry. Very disappointed with your site!

  3. not good at all; the boneless chicken was dry (old) The bon-in wings that i ordered were TINY and not so good. This was the new location in knoxville at Miller Place Way.Will not be returning!

  4. Jan 18 my son’s soccer team was playing in Columbus Ms and had plans to carry them to zaxbys after the game. I called the store at 8:50 and ask what time did they close. Thegirl told me 10 and I told her the team would be there about 9:20. She hung up on me mumbling. My husband and I got there about 9:15 and ordered. I told the cashier I was the one that called and told them about the soccer team and they should be there in five min. Well by 9:25 they were all in the store lined up to order. The cashier said mam we close at 10. I said I know that so y’all need to get on top of things . She did not like that comment. But I have to commend the kitchen. They started getting the orders out on a timely manner. I returned some pacs of ketchup to the counter and thank them and I was picking up from the tables were the players had left trash so they could hurry up and leave. One cashier thanked me and told me I didn’t have to do that and the one that was rude never said anything. Again thanks to the kitchen for a good job in handling this little rush in a timely manner 👍👍👍

  5. I was very unhappy with my Garden House Zalad. I eat them frequently, but I will rethink eating another one in the future.
