  3. Enter the 15 digit survey code printed on the bottom of your receipt

    My wife and I went for lunch at Perkins. The service was quick and friendly, but we had a problem with the quality of the food. We both ordered the Great Plates open-faced turkey sandwich. My wife’s mashed potatoes were too hot to eat when delivered, but mine were quite cold. Everything else was fine.

    My husband and I like dining at Perkins because we love their tomato basil soup and chicken 1/2 sandwich that goes with it, beings it’s the right portion and is so tasty. Sometimes we half your delicious Reuben sandwich, and of course the delicious breakfasts. For our taste, we think the coffee might be a little too strong so we tend not to order any. The waitress today was very efficient and friendly. We will be sure to go back.

    I want to know what the reason is that the restaurant has to have the temperature at
    65 degrees in the dining room. My friends and I have been there several times and
    it is always very cold. Uncomfortable to dine. I have complained to the manager and
    he doesnt really care. Tells me he sets the thermostat on 75 and there is nothing more
    I said to him, that everyone knows that heat rises and cold air goes down. It might be
    75 up on the ceilling, but it is 65 where we are sitting. We live in FL and are sensitive
    to the cold. We are all elderly and feel it more. Please reply.

    My husband and I have been going to Perkins for 10-12 years and have been satisfied by the service until now I had a salad with my meal and got almost to the bottom of the bowl when I had already eaten one cherry tomatoe and the second tomatoe had a stem on it. I was displeased with the manager’s response when I asked him who prepped the salad. He was shown the tomatoe with the stem on it and his reply to me was that the produce came in and was not prepped. He wasn’t interested in my comment as he just looked and walked off without further addressing my concern. He is not a good manager and is not one to care about the customer. I told my waitress that I didn’t like the stem left on the tomatoe and she informed me that she has worked there for 1 1/2 years and the stems were always left on. In all the years that we have been coming to this restaurant, I have never encountered this problem. Brandon

    , my son and I wife went there to eat dinner. Ours was okay he ordered a breakfast waffles eggs bacon. He ate two waffle in the bacon, when he went to eat the eggs they were spoiled we complained and so they took off $2 pasta meal we thought they should have not charged for the meal. We probably won’t be back for a long time

    I would like to share with all of you that are interested, the warmth and professional
    family warm enriched environment, that the Midway Perkin’s in Saint Paul Minnesota
    provides for each and everyone of it community family patriots. The community views
    as I do, the staff as family. The professional staff knows all if not all of it family patriots
    on a first name basis. All or any of us can walk into this building, which is more like our
    personal kitchen or dinning room, and the Perkin’s staff know what is on our minds as well as what is on our personal food taste with respect to personal eating habits.
    I always bring all of my clients and family to my Perkin’s family to share meals and each other. In closing I just want to add that [67 Michelle] and her colleagues are splendid !!!!!

    Today I asked for Somona Chicken salad… with 1 slice of toast, NOT on the 1/2 French roll. I thought the amount of salad was cut way back. maybe only 1 or 1 1/2 scoops. There was no butter on the toast. It was a very skimpy serving.
    We go to our Perkins almost EVERY SUNDAY!
    How about putting a good taco salad on the menu? AND, we live “up north” in Little Falls, Minnesota… put CHILI on the menu… maybe serve it with a corn muffin, sour cream, shredded cheese & diced onion… use to get it like that in Monticello, MN.

    Giving COMPLETE directions would be helpful also! What does “Website” mean???

    i think you guys are nuts, food is always good, little pricey but good,… much better than fast food you are probably used to eating…There are those people who like to cause problems for others. Food is good coffee usually fresh and hot and with discount coupon even better…Group of four friends go as often as we can, further drive than some local restaurants

    We had a terrible dining experience today . Had the Brioche French Toast & it had almost no batter on it.In fact several pieces had no batter on them Manager came & said he was sorry & that he took a chance there was enough & he probably should have added more. It was so dry you could hardly cut through it & totally tasteless. It should have never left the kitchen.

    I don’t really go to perkins very often (honestly who does) but I went a couple days ago and I’m sorry but if perkins wants to keep their customers coming back or to gain any new ones, they really need to step it up!
