    I have been to the new store in Ridgeland 4 times since it opened.The first 3 visits were very good,the last not at all.I ordered 2 house sandwiches to go and they were a mess.The bottom of the bun was totally saturated with moisture and completely disappeared.They were thrown in a box that was way too big and contents were scattered all over the place.They need to be wrapped in paper or the correct size box to hold them together.Also no napkins….needed them with that mess.

    The order taker and server were very pleasant and professional. The food timing was good. The cleanliness was good the music was of a culture of male high voice screaming as if something attacked him. The following 4 songs were not as bad and not proper for a nice restaurant. I am a business owner and always concerned for others and to be successful and pleasant for repeat business. Also, you may wish to consider a better mascot picture-maybe of a happy chicken rather than an “old crow” as I perceive it.     Vickie H was a phenomenally positive representative. She was quick, accurate, smiling broadly, and clearly enjoying herself as she took our order 0103-0301-2234-15323. Food was prepared quickly and arrived with good eye appeal.
    This probably isn’t the website I was to use, but I couldn’t get anything else to display when I wrote I called the manager at the 98th Street, Lubbock TX and he said he’s going to check on it immediately. 15:45
