    You do not receive a rollback code for entering the survey. You only get entered for a chance to win 100. In free fuel. This is a customers chance to compliment the store they frequent.
    Or, to let them know about an issue.

    I visited the Evans Georgia Murphy USA today, 11-19-2017 around 12:03 I pumped my gas and got a receipt. when I arrived back home to enter the Survey for a change to win $100.00 I noticed that the last set of three numbers in the code were not printed on the receipt, nor was the date. Because of that I could not enter the Survey to win. The total amount of the sale was also not printed on the receipt.

    Which set of numbers on the receipt is the survey code? There is a merch ID, there is a STAN, an invoice, an auth # and a batch number, however none of these sets of numbers is the correct amount of digits for the survey code. Again, another waste of time survey from all the stores claiming that you may have a chance to win something. Thank you, for the unnecessary aggravation.

    I have a problem with pump no. 5 at your Loganville, GA location. I’m meticulous in my record keeping entering each transaction into “Quicken”. The receipts that print from pump 5 has a printer malfunction that has a blank stripe down the center of the receipt obscuring the date, survey code, etc. I’ve told my wife to never use that pump but for whatever reason she persists in regularly going to that pump. I would love to attach a photocopy of the receipt but I see no way to do that on this site. Please fix the printer.
