    Tracey, the Community Champion at the Mayflower Store in Basildon Essex was extremely helpful when I approached Tesco to help with a community event I was organising with my employer. We have since become friends, and its great to find someone who is so enthusiastic about helping others who I can share ideas with.

    would like to thank Chris c on customer services at store 2126 who is always prepared to go the extra MILE AS I HAVE noticed over the past few weeks when I have been waiting in the queue nothing is any problem even when she is on her own and people get flustered she is a great credit to Tesco borhamwood


    I visited your refurbished cafe today and was very pleased to see the new tables, chairs etc., everything looking so much brighter & fresher. The staff, in their new uniforms, were excellent- helpful and make a very good impression I give particular mention to Karen and Matthew, who served me. Nothing was too much trouble for them an all with a warm, welcoming smile. I shall be back !

    iv just been to shop at Tesco, in Whitehaven Cumbria, the checkout lady popped my reciept in my shopping bag and igot the bus home, once at home and shopping put away, i sat down at my computer to fill in the survey, for the chance to win a £100 Tesco gift card and for 25 clubcard points, but when i unfolded the till reciept to type in the number at the bottom of the reciept, ( which is required ) on the same line as the date, which is visble 28/06/2017. i saw that the rest of the digits had been torn off so i couldnt do the survey. i will take my reciept to customer services tomorrow and show them.

    We visited Tesco stalybridge and had our breakfast in your cafe, the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them, it is very clean and tidy and the food was very nice, and we will certainly go back.

    Visited Tesco at Southend. The mobile phone dept.
    The young lady was more than helpful.
    My husband and I have Tesco mobiles and being senior citizens we are not very good at it.
    This lady could not have been more helpful and done all we asked of her.

    Was putting petrol in my car at Tesco’s in OBAN. ARGYLL, SCOTLAND and couldn’t get the flap over the petrol cap to close. Had no idea what was wrong, however, the driver of Tesco’s Delivery Van was filling up his van and saw I was worried and came over and asked if he could help. I was delighted and he checked it and told me the problem was it was locked and when I turned the key in the ignition it opened and then I could close the flap. I made enquiries to another member of staff what his name was and was told it was WILLIAM HOLLAND – a true gentleman. If you are reading this – THANK YOU SO MUCH

    As a new Widower, I was dreading the thought of shopping.
    But my local Tesco Store in Horley soon made me feel welcome and at ease and conducted me around the store. No more anxious problems !

    I WAS in your branch on the Kingsway Dundee yesterday to upgrade my phone and the assistant Mathew was very polite and explained everything about my new phone to me and changed all my data on to my new phone

    I must admit I never have any problems at my Tesco (Newcastle County Down). The staff there are very helpful and very polite and they are always dressed to perfection. You will always find a member of staff there to help you. They even help you to pack your bags for you. I had many problems ie: dropping items on the floor and the checkout come round and pick the item(s) up for me. For me like other people who shop at Tesco’s in County Down find that it’s the best supermarket about. WELL DONE TESCO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

    by a company “managing” the feedback. So decided not to go ahead.

    I went to Tesco top valley Nottingham and as I could not find what I wanted I went to customer service the staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble for her she showed me what I was looking for. I have always had good service from this lady . I asked her name which is Fiona Priestley

    Very helpful staff after a poor delivery service. The items l
    I ordered went to a different store and had to be re-ordered.I was really pushed for time and needed a speedy delivery and thanks to your staff in the Coventry Arena store, my gift was delivered on time.
